Remote Support
To set up remote support and to get immediate assistance.
Go
to the "Start" button.
Then click "Run"
In the space
after the word open type the following.
You can copy and paste it. netsh
firewall add portopening all 5500 vnc
Then
click OK.
A DOS window should come up on the screen then disappear.
Now
download to your desktop the following file.
Download
Remote assistance program.
Locate the file wiz.exe on your desktop and
double click it. Select the support person
your connecting and double click them on the list and awaiting assistance. Download
for support staff
